How to avoid blisters on the Camino

This kit tackles the three most common causes. The socks reduce the friction that causes blisters. The insoles spread pressure more evenly with every step. And the balm prepares and restores your skin before and after walking. You prevent the problem before it starts.

What's included in the kit?

How do I choose the sizes?

You choose both sizes when adding the kit to your cart. Socks come in EU 37-39 and 40-42; insoles in EU 37/38, 39/40, 41/42 and 43/44.

Do the insoles fit any shoe?

Yes. They adapt to hiking boots, trainers and safety footwear.

Can I take the balm in my hand luggage?

Yes. The tube is 100 ml, within the usual limit for liquids in hand luggage.
14-day returns

Under the applicable law (namely Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February), when the customer buys as a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer (or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.
