It is designed for first-time pilgrims. It helps you choose stages, distances and dates, and answers the questions guidebooks leave open. You save hours of research and avoid common mistakes.

Book your planning session

After booking, you schedule the session at the time that suits you best. We then talk for 45 minutes and build your plan together, so you leave the conversation with your next steps clearly defined and ready to walk.

Within 48 hours you receive your personalised plan, with stages, accommodation, pace and preparation, plus a Pilgrim Kit with the Official Credential and the Shell.

Can I cancel?

Yes, within 14 days, as long as the session hasn't taken place yet.
14-day returns

Under the applicable law (namely Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February), when the customer buys as a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer (or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.

The right may be exercised by any unequivocal means of communication. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period ends.
