Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship within 48 working hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 working days. Spain: 2 to 4 working days. Western Europe: 3 to 5 working days. Eastern Europe: 5 to 8 working days. Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days. For the Azores and Madeira, delivery times depend on available connections and may be longer than to the mainland.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to mainland Portugal is free on orders over €50. For other destinations, including the Azores and Madeira, the cost is calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Outside the European Union, customs duties may apply in the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you receive the tracking number by email.
Can I send it to another address as a gift?
Yes. Just enter the delivery address you want at checkout.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel your purchase, without giving a reason. Write to us at info@caminhoportuguesdesantiago.eu.
Who pays for the return?
Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and the packaging. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, MB WAY and Multibanco.
Products
Does the credential let me receive the Compostela?
Yes. To receive it, you need to walk at least the last 100 km (or cycle 200 km) and collect at least two stamps a day on that stretch.
What language are the guides in?
Our guides are written in Portuguese only.
Do you have gifts for someone about to walk the Camino?
Yes. The My First Coastal Way Kit and the Pilgrim's Credential and Shell Kit are designed with gifting in mind.

Can you organise the Camino for me?
